These bars are very versatile, you can mix anything you like into them. They are great for a quick breakfast or a snack on the go. They are so tasty, healthy and easy to make you’ll never buy muesli bars from the store again!
Ingredients | Makes 20
• 285g Dried Fruit (I used 200g Apricots and 85g Sultanas)
• 1 tsp Lemon Rind
• 1 cup Water
• 400g Plain Cereal (I used Wheat Bix, Oats are good option too)
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 3 tbs Coconut Oil
• 1 cup Mix-Ins (I used Almonds, Macadamias, Naked Ginger and Dried Goji Berries)
Cook at 200°C for 20-25 mins.
You can put some melted Chocolate over the top if you like.
