PINEAPPLE UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE | Instant Decorated Cake!

The fastest way to decorate a cake is – Don’t decorate it at all! Throw some fruit in a tin, cover with cake batter, cook and flip. Here’s how it’s done.

Ingredients | Makes 1
• 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 cup Almond Milk (always get unsweetened)
• 1 1/2 cups Plain Flour
• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• pinch of Salt
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
• 1/4 cup Water
• 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
• 1 can Pineapple Slices
• a few Dried Apricots
• a few Raisins
Cook at 180°C for 35 mins.

Serve with some whipped coconut cream if you like.
