CHOCOLATE HOT CROSS BUNS | Easy Vegan Easter!

Vegan Hot Cross Buns, with an ideal flavour combination of Dark Chocolate, Ginger and Cinnamon.

CHOCOLATE HOT CROSS BUNS
Ingredients | Makes 9
• 14g Yeast
• 1/3 cup Warm Water
• 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
• pinch Salt
• 2 cups Plain Flour
• 1/2 cup Warm Water (extra)
• 2 tbsp Rice Bran Oil
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 cups Plain Flour (extra)
• 1/2 cup Warm Water (extra)
• handful Chopped Naked Ginger
• handful Chopped Dark Chocolate
• 2 – 4 tbsp Almond Milk
• 1 tsp Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 100g Dark Chocolate (extra – for crosses)
• 1 tsp Rice Bran Oil (extra)
Cook at 200°C for 20 – 30 mins.

Serve Hot for best results, as they are ‘Hot Cross Buns’.
