GOOD FRIDAY LENTIL FISH | Make a Vegan Fish!

How to enjoy a Good Friday fish dish vegan style.

GOOD FRIDAY LENTIL FISH
Ingredients | Serves 4 – 6
• 2 cups French Style Lentils (small black lentils)
• 2 cups Plain Flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2/3 cup Solid Coconut Oil
• 3 tbsp Cold Water
• 2 cups Water (extra)
• 1 cup Ragi Flour
• 2/3 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
• 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric
Cook at 200°C for 20 mins.

Serve as you would a sausage roll or pie.

Note: Lentils are eaten in some regions rather than fish, so you can start a new Good Friday trend and go for lentils yourself.
