HEALTHY ANZAC BISCUITS
Ingredients | Makes 12
• 2 Bananas
• 1/2 cup Honey (or syrup)
• 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
• 1/2 cup Macadamias
• 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
• 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
• pinch Salt
• 1 1/2 cups Muesli (or rolled oats)
Cook at 170°C for 20 mins.

Leave to cool then eat.
