COCONUT MINT PIZZA | Unique Fresh Flavour!

Combine Coconut and Mint for a unique flavoured Pizza. As usual, all Vegan.

COCONUT MINT PIZZA
Ingredients | Serves 4 – 6
• 500g Plain Flour
• 15g Yeast
• 10g Salt
• 30ml Olive Oil
• 270ml Warm Water
• 1 can Tomatoes
• 1/3 cup Coconut Milk
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Mixed Dried Herbs
• 1/2 Black Pepper
• handful Mint Leaves (approx. 15g)
• 1/2 cup Coconut Milk (extra)
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 1 Green Chilli
• any toppings you want (use light flavours like cannellini beans and greens)
• 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
• 1 tbsp Shredded Coconut
Cook at 220°C for 20 mins.

Serve Hot. Or Cold. It doesn’t really matter.
