A fairly simple Smoothie that will give you quick long-lasting energy.

ENERGY BOOSTER SMOOTHIE
Ingredients | Serves 1 – 2
• 1 cup Water
• 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
• 1/3 cup Macadamia Nuts
• 2 Bananas
• 1 tbsp Black Chia Seeds
• 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
• 1/2 tsp Molasses
• 1 tsp Maca Powder (or any protein powder)
• 1/2 cup Water (extra)
• 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Drink it or save it for later, whatever.
