LEMON DILL CAKE | My Birthday Cake Part 2

Delicate flavours that go together superbly. I used this cake as the top half of my Birthday Cake.

LEMON DILL CAKE
Ingredients | Serves 8
• 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 cup Almond Milk
• 1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/4 cup Dill (approx. 5g)
• 1/4 cup Water
• 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
• 1/4 cup Solid Coconut Oil (achieved by cooling the coconut oil)
• 1/2 can Solid Coconut Cream
• 1 tbsp Icing Sugar
• Lemon Rind for garnish
• extra Dill for garnish
Cook at 180°C for 35 mins.

Serve as it is, or build up a birthday cake.
