TOMATO CALZONE | Easy Pizza Snack!

An easy Calzone that you can make and eat.

TOMATO CALZONE
Ingredients | Makes 3
• 500g Plain Flour
• 14g Yeast
• 1tsp Salt
• 30ml Olive Oil
• 270ml Warm Water
• 1tbsp Oil
• 1tsp Fennel Seeds
• 2 small Onions
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1 1/2tsp Garam Masala
• 800ml Tomato Puree
• 1tsp Salt (extra)
• 1/4tsp Chilli Powder
• any fillings you want (stick to salad type things)
• some Rice Bran Oil for brushing
• some Nutritional Yeast for dusting
Cook at 220°C for 20 mins.

Serve as it is. The leftover filling is Tomato Soup so you can eat it as such.
