CHOCOLATE RAGI CAKE | Best Vegan Chocolate Cake!

The best basic Vegan Chocolate Cake recipe. Ragi flour can be found at most stores that specialise in Indian food.

CHOCOLATE RAGI CAKE
Ingredients | Serves 1 – 10 (depending on how much you like it!)
• 1/2 cup Dates
• 1/2 cup Coconut Cream
• 1/4 cup Almond Milk
• 1/4 cup Rice Bran Oil
• 1 tbsp Molasses
• 1 cup Self Raising Flour
• 1/2 cup Ragi Flour
• 1/3 cup Cacao
• 1 tsp Baking Powder
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 cup Almond Milk (extra)

CHOCOLATE ICING
• 1 can Coconut Cream (thick part)
• 1 tbsp Cacao
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1 tbsp Icing Sugar (optional)
Cook at 190°C for 20 – 25 mins.

Ice the cake after it has cooled and serve it with a little cinnamon dusted over it for extra effect.
