7 ingredient Chocolate Brownies. These come out chewy as they would if they contained eggs or butter, but without either.
Ingredients | Makes 10 – 15
• 2 cups Plain Flour
• 1/2 cup Castor Sugar
• 1/2 cup Cacao Powder
• 1 tsp Baking Powder/Soda
• 1 cup Water
• 1 cup Rice Bran Oil
• 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
Cook at 180°C for 25 – 30 mins.
A shorter cooking time results in chewier Brownies (not longer as I mistakenly said in the video).
Serve with Chocolate on top or with ice cream or eat is they are. Tip: Mix some melted or chopped Chocolate into the mixture before cooking for even more Chocolatey Brownies.
