A Spicy Coconut Lentil Korma that is Fast to make and good to eat.

COCONUT LENTIL KORMA
Ingredients | Serves 6 – 8
• 4 cups Water
• 2 cups Red Lentils
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
• 10 Curry Leaves
• 1 large sliced Onion
• 1 cup Coconut Milk
• 3 chopped Green Chillies
• 1 tsp Coriander Powder
• 1 tsp Green Mango Powder
• 1/2 tsp cracked Black Pepper
• 1 tsp Salt

Serve with your favourite carb or eat as it is as a soup.
